Chris is an experienced recruitment professional with 15 years’ consulting experience across the UK and Asia. He has a proven track record of building and leading sustainable and profitable recruitment teams with a commitment to provide the highest possible service levels to candidates and clients. Chris is the Managing Director for the Hong Kong business with responsibility for its growth and the delivery of recruitment solutions for permanent and contract recruitment across Banking & Financial Services, Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain & Procurement. Prior to working with Ambition, Chris started his career in the Technology field in London as a Management Consultant with global US management consultancy firm Accenture. Upon deciding that he was not a “techie”, Chris moved into the recruitment field where he spent 10 years with Page Group Hong Kong in a variety of leadership roles.
During his tenure with Page Group, Chris launched several new disciplines, was responsible for spearheading the successful launch of the Page Personnel brand into Hong Kong, and most recently held responsibility for managing the Michael Page business in Hong Kong across all specialist service lines. He also has an extensive network across Asia and has a strong track record in the placement of senior and C-level professionals within finance and technology. Chris has a Masters degree in Engineering and French from the University of Nottingham, UK.
